I came to this from corporate finance and M&A, then from solo-building AI products on the side—watching the same gap from both directions. Companies weren't short on intelligence. They were short on a deliberate design for where that intelligence should sit inside how the business runs.
I'm not an AI guru or an automation-agency owner. I'm an operator who investigates this new way of building companies alongside the people I work with—researching, building, testing on real work, and sharing what holds up.
Mission
Help founder-led businesses build dramatically more capability without building a dramatically larger organization.
Vision
AI treated as infrastructure, not a chatbot—so a lean team can operate at a capability level that used to require a much larger one.
How I work
Investigate how a business actually runs, design the division of labor between human, AI, automation, and software, implement the resulting systems, then test them against real work. I don't force a problem into whatever AI technology is fashionable—sometimes the right answer is a Skill, sometimes it's an MCP server, sometimes it's a spreadsheet, sometimes it's not automating the thing at all.
Transparency
I'm building this in public through Field Notes and the Experiments lab. I won't invent client counts, revenue figures, or testimonials—if the evidence doesn't exist yet, the site says so.
